I will share my experience with free apps to follow Ramadan.

With the arrival of Ramadan, I went looking for apps that would help me maintain my routine during the holy month.

I wanted something that would show the fasting times, send prayer reminders, and provide content for reflection.

So, I have tested several and now I will share my experience with the best ones.

What I needed

I was looking for an app that would notify me of the moments of suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and iftar (breaking the fast).

I also wanted an updated Islamic calendar, readings and offline support.

Muslim Pro – The most complete

First of all, this app has it all: prayer times, prayer compass, Qibla and even recitation of the Quran.

During Ramadan, it tells you exactly when to start and end your fast.

The only problem is that some functions are paid.

Athan – Best for Prayer Reminders

Secondly, if the focus is not to miss prayer times, this is ideal.

He announces each of the five prayers and also the times of fasting.

It doesn't have a lot of extra content, but it's great for maintaining discipline.

Ramadan Legacy – An Organized Guide

This app helps you plan spiritual goals, such as increasing your Quran reading.

It also provides daily reflections and reminders for good deeds.

The free version is limited, but still worth it.

Muslim & Quran – Simple and efficient

Provides prayer times, Islamic calendar and fasting reminders.

The best thing is the minimalist interface and the fact that it works offline.

It would be even better if it had more interactive content.

Pillars – The most motivational

Helps you keep track of your Quran reading and record daily good deeds.

Motivational reminders encourage you to maintain spiritual focus.

It doesn't have many extra features, but it's great for discipline.

Muslim Assistant – Straight to the point

Ultimately, this app is basic but efficient.

Brings prayer times, prayer compass Qibla and reminders of fasting.

The interface is super easy to use, but it lacks additional features.

My conclusion

Ultimately, each app meets a different type of need.

If you want something complete, Muslim Pro is the best choice.

For focus in prayers, Athan works very well.

If you want planning, Ramadan Legacy is the best option.

If you are looking for something simple, Muslim & Quran and Muslim Assistant fulfill the role.

The important thing is to find the app that helps you keep up the pace and strengthen your spiritual connection.

I hope my experience helps you choose the free apps to follow Ramadan!
